I'm knackered too. Well done to Paula and Liz Liz. They showed a lot of guts to carry on to the finish both of them. A very emotional moment at the end. Their time will come, there will be other races. Looking forward to 2012 :-)

Yes I think the fact that none of the pack could make the pace said a lot about how tough the conditions were. Dita just hit the pace she expected everyone else to but it turned out that she was toughest on the day...

Paula learned that you certainly cannot take shortcuts in training for marathon especially at her level. I think she has come away for a new respect for the distance that will help her to get back what she feels she has lost.
