Most of the supermarkets have some in their "free from" aisles :-) I use the Dove Farm brand

Do you have to be good at baking to do this race?!

I thought the mugs were yellow clairster?

Good to see reasonable weather forecast at the moment. Still haven't recovered from the 80 odd degree heat of WP 2010 :( ;)

woohoooo, my 6th successive white peak was in danger but i think i am kicking this virus into touch! If its not raining too much, I Will have a black and orange 26 extreme top or yellow stockport harriers top. I will have fetch ribbons in my hair and possibly a black baseball cap with the ribbons at the back

I have no access to a car. Looks like the train and a 3.5 hour journey each way ... leaving at 5;55 am and returning home at 8pm. bleurgh.
