I have used Furman in the past but ran the long runs slower than suggested pace

I've used the Pfitzinger and Douglas plans for my quickest marathons.

Two completely different plans

Liking more the look of P&D as I would consider I 've been a bit more Furman .

My best is 3.40 and would like to go better. Usual constraints of time etc but it's down to desire I suppose

Got something to say?
