Which foam roller?

As it happens, I've just ordered this one yesterday: amazon.co.uk I'll let you know what it's like.

I got it two days ago already (superfast delivery!), but didn't have a chance to try it out before today. Not as hard as other ones I've tried and I'm therefore a bit disappointed, but I'm sure I can still torture myself on this one. ;-)

i've only tried the one i have but can definitely say that jessica ennis is quite firm and always makes me feel better after a good roll around. You can buy her out of argos.

I had intense pain rolling onions today but have to say its working happy for post run pain if it means I can still run :) good luck with it

I just assumed that by 'onions' you meant that you had ginormoud knots in your muscles1 To be honest some times when you're foam rolling it does feel like you have oniond in there!
