I'm doing my bit, have managed to log an insane 102 miles so far this year, but will need to scale back a bit this coming week, as my little old leggies are complaining a bit. Go us! Toenails rule! Even the one that's looking a bit black at the moment.

Chrisulll, jabbernit, minardi and every other Toenail, great training, keep up the great work minardi - If it were done on milage we'd be top thanks to jabberknit and her fantastic double marathons at the start of the year and great running since, oh and the great effort by the rest of us

I logged 10 mins, GM, but most of it was spent trying to coordinate my arms, legs and the rope, and working out how to shorten the thing to suit a vertically-challenged person like myself. Actual authentic skipping minimal.
