Lots of slots available and I went for 18.30, so I can go after work. Must just remember not to run or do strenuous exercise before! Hope I will pass the Iron test! G

I had a break after a couple of sluggish sessions back in 2017 (couldn't find a vein and then the blood took forever to fill the bag), intending to return after a year or so. Then I had a couple of operations so delayed donating further; it has been over 3 years since I last donated. Doesn't time fly. I'm not sure how long it took for my blood to flow today, but it got off to a strong start I was in the chair throughout "We're the kids in America" followed by a load of waffle.
