Hey all.... I runned.

Only 3 miles but it was rocky, hilly cliff paths so not pretty or fast but a good workout. Probably half a mile at least on the beach felt extra tough.....

That's my 3 sessions in this week at least. Altho no long run. But I am on my holidays so not gonna beat myself up about that....

Well done Maz - sounds like a good run.

Under 2 hours (just) at the Stoney Half :)

Not a bad weak of running and coaching. 400m intervals again today, moved up to 10 reps, same pace as last week.

Bliddy humid out there.

Yesterday was a nice day for me quite humid here as well. Managed 6mi bike, weight session and 6 x 60m sprints, about 45 minutes raquetball.

Today I am planning on a nice 4mi recovery jog :)

Jon,

Did you stay at 6mm or did you go by HR recovery and move abit faster?

HR recovery. As soon as it was steady under 120 I did the next rep. It was about 1min recovery period. I checked after and the pace was about the same as last week except I added 3 more reps. Was steady pace for each rep.

Jon,

Are you going to stick with keeping each rep at 1min to 120bpm or will you allow your HR 90secs to reach 120bpm?
