First for me today.... 7am run, only 2 miles but it felt good.... Was sorta freestyling speed wormy type stuff.

Set me up nicely for the day it did!

I'm going to run home from work tonight - I'll go the long way so I get to run along the Thames by Richmond and Twickenham. It's a nice 6 miles or so.

Had a day off today, but went and got new running shoes as my old ones have definitely had their day. I think I'll give them a little outing tomorrow...unless I'm overhung, which is likely :-)
