8:50 - The Man Upstairs - a new play by Patrick Hamilton
10:15 - The Name's the Same - a quiz [I think] with Brenda Bruce , Catherine Boyle, Frank Muir, and Denis Norden
10:45 News - (sound only)

I'm amazed Andy Pandy wasn't on until 4pm - I could have sworn it was just after lunch when I was a toddler. Maybe by the time I'd had my afternoon nap and Listened with Mother (sitting comfortably of course :-)) it was 'after lunch' in my world :-)

I’m quite pleased to see that the night before I was born ‘not only...but also’ was on. I always wondered whether it was really true that Mum laughed so hard at Peter Cook and Dudley Moore she went into labour. I guess it is!

I’ve been trying to find the Sandra Bullock film my husband watched in the hospital while I was in labour but guess it must have been ITV. That was after Casualty. He wasn’t particularly invested in my labour...
