Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What time did you wake up this morning?

Just Matt
I'm normally up by 5:30-6:30. I fetch a bit, check email, surf the net in general and do work. Even this morning I was up at 6:30 and I've just done an hour of admin catch up. It was a lie in this morning as I didnt go to sleep until late. I am normally out of the house by 6:30 everyday so I guess its just routine. The OH on the other hand has the opposite problem and can't seem to drag herself out of bed on any day.

I woke up just before seven this morning. That's a little late for me. It's normally half past six.

Alarm goes off at 5 am Monday to Saturday, so I'm up at the crack of dawn whether I like it or not. Sunday alarm is usually that of a four year old child and that can go off anytime from 6:30 onwards!

I envy all of you who have mo problem getting up early. I am really struggling with sleep at the moment. Having to take sleeping tablets in order to drop off at a time before 1am (was about 12.30 last night) and this makes incredibly difficult to wake up in the morning. I think it's related to depression, but not sure. This morning I woke at 9.30. I wanted to be up at 7.30. My alarm went off at this time - I don't even remember switching it off.
