Merry Xmas _andy Happy New Year
I liked Pudds' question a couple of pages back (which I only saw 'cos I read the previous 9 pages). It's good to see what sort of 2013 others line up. I'm changing lots of my races for 2013, which really is tomorrow now, but you'll spot a bit of a theme... March: D33 or Alloa HM March: Perth Ultrafest 100km April: Highland Fling 53 mile May: Scottish Island Peaks Race (60 hilly miles, with some sailing on the high seas :-)) September: Glenmore 24 (no, that's not miles - people keep asking me how far it is..."there is no finishing line") With a whole bunch of others to fit in between each of those - maybe even a marathon for a bit of speedwork     |

So far I have only entered the River ness 10km in Sep but when I get paid at the end of the month I intend to enter the Lakeland trails half marathon in July and possibly Hellrunner down south in Nov. I expect these will be added to but these are the main ones for now.

January - Lliswerry 8 March - Newport Half Marathon April - VLM August - Race The Train I plan to enter the San Domenico 20, also in March when finances permit and almost certainly the Cardiff HM in October, but that can wait a while as it won't sell out for many months yet. Will enter some other races as well after London but I want to concentrate on that first. |

The only race I have entered so far is Salisbury 10 in March, but I am going to do at least one race a month after not racing at all in 2012

"Feb - Wokingham Half March - Exbury Gardens 10k April - London and Brighton marathons, likely to defer London and lose my money on Brighton. Yay. May - Bupa London 10k" Have added the Thame 10k in June, and Great South in October to that list. Will not book any more until later in the spring now. Probably. |

Really you're losing your money on London too if you defer because they make you pay again the next year. Just thought I'd cheer you up with that |
