Cross country - Just started putting in some of the district and national cross country races into my portfolio. If I can be spared injury (please, please) then XC is fantastic winter training. Also, great to see all the clubs, and because women and men run separately we get to cheer each other's races, great to see juniors running strongly and loving it (and sometimes crying!) through the rain and mud, and you get to run with Olympians (I've seen Freya Ross/Murray, Laura Muir, Andy Butchart, Calum Hawkins etc.)! Doris Day and other old style musical singers and their movies - See also Debbie Reynolds, and dancing / singing like Gene Kelly, Donald O'Connor, Singing in the Rain, Calamity Jane etc. Love 'em. Feel good, great songs, simple stories, powerful dance.
