swittle I think it's a hazard of running when you're getting older! Every scar on my legs and arms tells a story (and there are quite a few of them!) stilldreaming oh, I fully agree. I prefer to run at night now and fall less than when I ran on pavements in the light. Beach and trail make for a kinder landing but, yes, Im not 40 any more!
