Raemond Jul 2022 11:51am, 28 Jul 2022 9,450 posts	0 Raemond I went out this morning to 'quickly' pick up two things as leaving gifts for one of my favourite colleagues - I knew exactly what I wanted to get, and where I was going to get them from because I knew they stocked them. One place was closed for the summer, since yesterday, and the other thing that I've seen in hundreds of places when I didn't want to buy one, nobody else seems to have ever seen or heard of. So my 20 shopping trip turned into two hours of schlepping around the city trying to find and decide between alternatives. There are worse days to spend a morning when you're on the clock, but it was tiring and frustrating and now I'm sweaty.

I thought I’d got them all out but every now and then I can feel a sharp pain in my left index finger so I know there’s still one there but for the life of me I can’t see it or get it out.
