The very 30 minutes I chose for my lunchtime walk was the one 30 minutes where it absolutely chucked it down. It lasted less than 10.

Forgot I was doing my on line first aid video call tonight- thankfully had a reminder in my phone for 10 mins before but left me all flustered and feeling unorganised and under prepared but it is done

Dropped a knife whilst trying to separate some frozen chicken it promptly smashed through the bottom of the plastic bowl I was going to put the chicken in.

Fragile Do Not Bend
Somehow managed to tweak a muscle between my shoulder blades this morning just by changing position in bed. It still feels sore now. :(

I can sympathise FDNB. I’ve woken up this morning with a very painful left shoulder. I’ve no idea what caused it. We’re driving to Lechlade today, and I think that my wife might have to drive as I’m not sure that I’ll be able to operate the gear stick.

[I should qualify that it is the painful shoulder that is the minor disaster, not my wife having to drive. She’s a good driver]

[Eynsham Red - at least you're letting your wife drive. I did know someone years ago (a misogynist of course) who had a similar problem and wouldn't let his wife drive - but had her change gear for him]

Scrabbling around on the floor just now, trying to get into position to reset a timer in the depths of the airing cupboard, I just 'tweaked' my hamstring. No pain to speak of - but I can feel my hamstring is now 'tight' when I stretch it so will be a bit wary for a day or two. A reminder (as if I needed it) to keep doing those stretching exercises the physio gave me ..

[I hope the drive went ok. I could still drive but trying to look over my shoulder before changing lanes was painful]
