This time last year I wasn’t allowed to lift anything heavier than a half-filled kettle. I wasn’t strong before that but afterwards my biceps were like dead fish

Birdsong- we live on quite a busy road but now vehicles are much fewer, the birdsong is just wonderful I thought there weren't many people near us, but local paths are full of cyclists, runners and walkers |

WA: good shout about the birdsong. We also live on quite a busy road and the birdsong stands out much more now. It's lovely.

I realised today that the seagulls have totally disappeared from the duck pond, Swans have moved back in and some of the ducks.. the swans are very curious - and if you walk to the side of their pong they swim towards you really calmly Birdsong is amazing I also note the air quality which is so so different |

Has anyone else noticed:- - It is so windy - and not just a one off.. there are less (none again today) clouds.. does that impact - I am getting a massive runtan earliest ever! No clouds! Might have to dig out the sun cream - I cant run as well... is that because I am not moving about as much most of the day? |

We have had cloudless sky with biting wind for days now. We thought that all the new walkers had lost interest and our routes were returning to normal traffic. The sun has brought folk out though. |

I think you can really notice it is week 5... so many more cars.. definately more people But yeah the wind and cold is so odd.. almost profound! Feels like a sci-fi at times |
