Had some weird “noticed” things this week, what about you?

These have to be major positives of lockdown

- sky is SO SO blue
- we can now see stars almost reminds us of the Norfolk coast there are so many
- Seagulls! Woke me up this morning and loud and proud around tea time
- more swans in out rivers and they have moved back into the duckpond in the park WITH the ducks (seagulls normally overtake the pond and this is the first year I have seen this change back to “normal”)
- breathing clean “air”
- I can run! And every day! And it’s not a chore and I love it!
- I feel so much more relaxed, however also selfish as I have many close family and friends who are poorly, not relaxed and having some tough times
- we are all being much more open

- talking to people is nicer than texting

What about you?

Silent Runner
I've been out either running or walking every day recently, and I've really noticed the clear blue skies and clean air. I'm sure that the lack of air and road traffic has made a noticeable difference. (I seem to remember very similar conditions immediately after 9-11, when plane flights were suspended).

Don't feel selfish about getting out running - enjoy it while you can!

Cars driving much slower..it’s like all the pressure has disappeared and people have slowed down in everything they do. Perhaps more appreciative of time they have .

A lot more butterflies than I've seen in a while.

Wildlife in general becoming much bolder.

Tree blossom.

Night skies are fabulous at the moment.

Much less litter.

First observation........too much snacking through boredom during lock down.

Not that there's ever a good time for a lock down but I think it's happened as the clocks went forward has actually made it slightly easier to deal with. Can you imagine people trying to exercise during Storm Dennis or Ciara?

I've been out this morning and it's beautiful in South Devon. The lack of tourists is helping massively too ;-)

That’s so true

I am waking up much easier and earlier than normal a good routine to get into plus running first thing some days. That’s my next change to target

Same as DT, never seen so many people out walking down the road, all keeping their distance of course.
