I have learned that there are techniques for solving extremely difficult sudokus and I am capable of understanding at least some of them.

And Hipps: you are pretty resilient using any definition of the term. The way many people cope with stress is by reaching out to others. That is literally unavailable right now so many people’s usual stress or anxiety reduction methods are cut off from them. People are social creatures and lack of social contact causes distress on top of everything else there is to worry about.
