Apart from the weekend socialising, my life is pretty much what it was before lockdown - that's what happens when you work in a shed in the garden.

That I spent a lot more time away from the house than I ever imagined, much of it outdoors

I am running way, way more in lockdown.

I now go out every day and have learned that my body can take it.

Pre lock-down, I was only running 3 or 4 times a week.

I thought I hated my job but now I realise it is just the constant high level pressure and accountability I don't like and the rest of it is actually really good. That pressure has been the cause of my sleepless nights - for the first time in years, I'm sleeping through until 6am, even on a school night.

I'd forgotten how much I enjoy baking

I don't mind doing a bit of housework each day (on my terms)

I need to stop spending so much time on the internet each day.

That I can find the time, if I choose, to practise my saxophone. And that it sounds better when I do actually practise regularly.
