Can anyone explain the Nope. Hepburn thread? Just wondered what it was about :)

I will add that, in every day life I tend to categorise folk into: Me, friends and family, folk I know, strangers. I think Fetch has helped me see that all the strangers are people too :) Although I've never met them, they all have personalities, individual lives, hopes, dreams, goals, dogs and I think it makes me think more about the people in everyday life as people and less as 'objects' in my way.

Sorry, bit heavy that one! But it is true.

Wasn't mick n Phil.running London, something to do with FE? That was one of the most emotional, heartlfting moents ever, when they came through 13 miles to a standing ovation and chants of easy, easy, easy.

I got a training archive

Aggravation / annoyance / arguments

Conversations about pointless topics and arguments about things that matter even less

But

I also have had

Laughs, late nights and lunacy on here

Sometimes caused by

Conversations about pointless topics and arguments about things that matter even less.

Fetch in a word brought me

"Community"

IN a sentence

Lots of people from diverse backgrounds with different running abilities but all with one simple (yet complex)shared interest.

Running is a lifestyle choice.

For some it is more lifestyle than running
