What happens to your running shoes when they "retire"

um Jul 2019 7:33am, 26 Jul 2019 1,122 posts	0 um Some go the walking / gardening shoe route .... Quite a few others end up donated to locals in holiday locations who either have no shoes or bits of tyre & string (as per my guide on Mt Kinabalu)
