hi all,

this may sound a stupid question but what is intervals when running?
is it as simple asit sounds and this make it a stupid question to ask lol,
but running at one pace for a set period of time and then running at a slower pace or walking for a set period of time?

Cheers

Shaun

It's a 20 minute break where you go buy and eat a tiny pot of ice cream.

:-)

(someone will give you a proper answer in minute, I'm sure...)

im likeing that answer that would be like chaseing the ice cream van around the town and telling him to stop every 2 miles then you could have a 99 with a flake and some strawberry sauce then go for another 2 miles lol

They are evil things that I have been avoiding for a fortnight and sadly feel compelled to do this week ;-)
