Magpie Rob May 2013 10:07pm, 27 May 2013 3,164 posts	0 Magpie Rob No congestion. Small waves of ~70-80 runners at 5 minute intervals, markers for 800,600,400,200,100 meters to go. Nice medal and decent goody bag. No complaints here

Geprig May 2013 8:15am, 28 May 2013 592 posts	0 Geprig I did wonder about the congestion. This is organised by the same people as the BUPA 10k after all but less than 100 runners per wave sounds great. I'll definitely be making a note of this one.
