Hey guys... I've only just seen this myself, but in case anyone else was interested in a road mile in heats by gender/age and wanted to pay £8 then here may be your thing: bupawestminstermile.co.uk I did a similar thing in NY and it was fun and fast, can never have too many mile races imo

Although there is a lovely pub called The Phoenix not too far away towards victoria too if there is just a small crowd.

got my number today - blue 1278 Good news is my heat is at 10 so I can go to work for 12 rather than taking the day off, I think each zone is then further divided by predicted time as well to ensure we get a nice clear run

It doesnt sy what the bands are for the colours but: blue - 10am red - 10:40 green 11:20 orange - 11:40 Junior champs - 12:25 Senior champs - 14:05 And then it says: each coloured zone will consist of a series of races which will be held approximately every 5-10 minutes |
