Morning folks. Finally got a good sleep last night but still feel shattered too. Had a great time crewing, but did not get enough sleep. Can't imagine what the runners went through. Can honestly say that despite the amazing scenery and unique crystal ware, the only way I will ever do WHW is very sedately over about a week! Was great to catch up with some Fetchies and some new friends have been made |

Thanks Mrs S, did wonder what had happened. Was brilliant to see you too and catch up. I am completely in awe of everyone that turned up and set out. Am tired enough having done nothing much other than stress out that I would miss my runner. It was her first WHW so we were all a bit clueless but she came in at 24:58:46 which was spot on her prediction. |

That's a very impressive time for your runner Corrah. HappyG was sad to miss you, curse those fast runners! We had a fantastic night last night & breakfast in wetherspoons catching up with everyone, was lovely to see flip & Duchess there. shanksi is feeling good & already talking about maybe doing it again. |

Well done to the finishers and commiserations to those that had problems. I really feel for the poor runner that missed part of the course. I cant imagine how you must feel to have finished but not actually have done the correct route. |

Good afternoon all. Just want to say a massive congrats to Shanksi, you are one tough cookie And to all others out on the course whether running, supporting, marshalling or roving reportage. I got sun-stroke from the heat and humidity. Had a cap on, lots of sun block and fluids, but it gets me like that once every year. The only cure is a full night's sleep. |
