I guessed you'd be very busy, thanks for looking after me though, was so so so tired. That toe hurting through the forest and down that bloody 3 mile land-rover road (thought it would never end ) was a pain. Hate limping in , I want to sprint in again !

Not decision yet ,but David or me will be running with the other supporting with Carolyn then swapping over so I will be there one way or another.Given an injury free run, I'm going to swap between hardmoors and whw for the next few years as my big summer race (or more ) till i get the times i want or die trying. :-) xx

Flip, great to see you mate and you did brilliantly. Tough to be out there at that time, tired and hurting, but you brought it home. Many congrats. :-) G

What continues to amaze me, Phil, is your dogged determination and utter dedication to this exceptional race. You drew deeply on your Hardmoors spirit which took you safely round the big one. :) The outward hurts will heal and you'll be seeking your next ultra challenge! Well raced! :)

If I didn't live do bliddy far away I'd like to have crewed a few years before running it to be honest. It feels very cheeky and against the spirit to tout for a crew and just turn up.
