Can't have Che moving in, lowering the tone of the neighbourhood, those Penarth lot I've decided to take a small break from running, not going well at the moment and the niggles just won't go away so want to rest the legs. So thought I'd try some cross-training, this morning I did a spin class (yep I know, not very easy on the legs). Feckin' harder than I thought |
