Stretching -------- Today's lesson

Never sneeze while stretching - it can do all sorts of funny things to your insides.

After having two children I try not to sneeze while doing most things!!!;)

Pasta time I think, anybody have the Loyd Grossman sauces? I heart them, and on special offer at Asda at the moment.

Never gtried Lloyd Grosman sauces, I tend to make my own... too much salt and sugar in the pre-prepared ones, although I do like the Waitrose won brand ones for sake of ease when I get home late...

And bore da from a very wet Welsh Marches!!! I anbandoned my plans to run up to the ridge and along for a bit this morning, not the weather for it... way too stromy and wet and cloud base was at about 100 ft! No fun going on the hill in that. Just as well I took advantage of yesterdays mornings nice weather and sneaked in a run on my restday! Sop I can make today a restday in stead :-)

Mind you, the rain stopped for about 15 minutes while I rode the bike to work, that was handy! Hope it will do the same at 6pm tonight! :-)

Yes, we are! I am eating at the moment, and may just have to cycle into the village to get some cake for later :-)

I was given a huge orange pumpkin and a funny, flattish white pumpkin type thing... any ideas what to do with them? Thought about making pumpkin soup perhaps? Not that I have ever done so mind you...
