As Columba has posted I'll just add that MRs DB doesn't use the butter or the allspice and uses currants not raisins but everything else is the same. We use a bakestone that's been in the family for generations but a heavy frying pan would be OK as Columba says. As it's just the two of us at home now we use about half of the weights and measures above that make about 8/10 cakes. |
