...we are heading down for the event and have booked a week in tenby at the caravan site : ) from what I have seen it it fairly hilly but it looks an amazing place ..they had televised the Ironman Wales a month ago on the teli it looked really good

..if you go to the offical website it has a course profile of the Marathon route...bit like a roller coaster!!!!!: )

...results form last year 1st man 2.41 1st female 3.06 thats good on a hilly course: ) yes hippo must have been a tough one going by the course profile: )

there are downhills too I had a shocking race but still manage a sub 5 Coming iinto pembroke at mile 12 and manorbier castle at mile 18 are bothe pretty special |

People do those sort of times at snowdon too I think welsh people must be a tough breed, or summat |
