Chess 960 vote chess Promotion and relegation are nearly decided (there is one last ongoing game). Normally registrations would open for season 2023 with games all two weeks from October to December. R1: Oct. 8 • R2: Oct. 22 • R3 : Nov. 5 • R4: Nov. 19 • R5: Dec. 3. • (R6: Dec. 17 • R7: Dec. 31) This would be today's provisional placements: 2nd 960 VOTE LEAGUE PURPLE HAZE WRespectW The Praxis of Chess Team of Slovak players Fetch Everyone Chess Mateiści i Drwale Would we be interested in taking part in this? It’s quite a big promotion we’d gain into the 2nd Division, based on our dominant timeout wins last season. |

James said he prefers to play std vote chess rather than 960 vote chess. I don’t think we’d have a big enough team to enter 960 vc leagues. |

Brian was occasional for 960, so it would just be you & me battling the Division 2 teams. I’m pretty rubbish at 960 these days, but I’ll give it a go if you fancy trying? |

The worst that can happen is we give up and timeout/ resign. Would be nice if the app gave notifications on vote chess as I find I'm going on the website less regularly these days. |

All 6 games of our league 960 vote chess matches are now underway - we have a bye in the final round 7 that starts this week. It’s definitely been tougher this time round, but we’re playing in the 2nd division of 1WL and our 960 opps aren’t timing out en masse like they were last time in Division 5. |
