I actually put it together as part of something I'm writing at the moment about race time prediction.

Last year, I produced this, which gives you a Marathon time from a HM time, and generally speaking, it's more accurate:

T - plugging your Keyworth time into my predictor gives a suggested 3h49m43s.

And FF's rule of thumb gives around 3.42 :-D So looks like you've got a range of targets that are all big pbs :-)
