I don't want to get too sappy and sentimental here but I think it's worth remembering that this thing doesn't happen by accident. There is a lot of preparation and hard work that goes on in the months leading up to Fetchpoint to make sure that the teams are set up and they know who is coming through and (roughly) when and what they need to have ready and so on. I also know that the Fetchpointers themselves do a fair chunk of stuff beyond just turning up and cheering BUT I think it would be worth saying a huge thank you to Kwala for all the organising and legwork that she puts in to make sure that it all happens as smoothly as it does. This year was Kwalas hattrick of successful Fetchpoints so well done Kwala and thank you so much for all you do.

Most of the course was a real blur so the chances of arranging a meeting with them anywhere else would have been close to zero, so thanks again. I can't wait for next year on whichever side of the fence.
