Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Pissed? You? Ridiculous, it's not like you can't run for 26 miles without a drink or anything.... Oh.

And to use one of those you HAVE to be unconscious and NOT breathing so I can't ask for it. We are ripping the arse out of your joke here :-)

how has all Team 3's running been this week? I was surprised my legs felt good even after a PB at Reading. 18 mile run tomorrow inthe sunshine. Happy spring everyone and happy running x

I had a lovely easy 7-miler this morning out to the Roman walls that was chock full of spring-time cliches: daffodils, bunnies, puffy clouds, birdsong, the lot. Blissed out all day. :-)

And because I am fetchpoint training, not marathon training, I came back and baked brownies. cake

Glad you've had, or are planning some decent/enjoyable runs. The sun being out really makes a difference :-)

I volunteered at our local parkrun this morning (finish tokens - worked out well despite dropping a couple in the mud), and after 16 miles last Sunday, I've got a drop down day tomorrow, so only 8 miles (and a nice roast dinner afterwards). Back up to 18 next weekend, and then up to a 20 miler the week after.

I'm fetchpoint training too, but will be running the Cambridge half tomorrow. The only hills will be the kerbs on the side of the roads..

Ashby 20 today - I blogged it. Slightly crap outcome - might mean I get to mile 22 in about 1:37- (when I climb over the barrier at mile 13 :-)
