Thanks gang. Appreciated all of that, even if it required both cans of lager. I was absolutely on my arse yesterday and really needed a boost.

Kwala, have I made it absolutely clear just how amazing I think you are? If not, I think you're amazing. There. Military operation yet such a good laugh - very hard to pull off! heart

hahaha, thanks Iron Mum, you may have mentioned it once or twice!!!

Oh Mel, I loved your showboating on the other side of the road - and the pack of bemused runners behind you!

Had a blast yesterday, a long day but great fun, is it sad to say that it really is one of the highlights of my year?

thanks to all the Fetchpointers, you're all mahvluss.

One of my highlights, too. Stander's photos appear to only show me hugging people, which pretty much sums it up :-)

I appear to have developed something of a rousing football-type cheer which only ever comes out at Fetchpoint. I save it up all year long :-)

Thanks so much to Team 1 and everyone in the other teams. Your support was great, and my Fiancee said that everyone was ace but in particular Paula, Kwala and "another lady who was a nursery teacher but I can't remember either of her names" were brilliant to her and my mum and dad. Sounds like some of Team 1 couldn't make it to Fetchpoint either but from the noise generated, you couldn't tell!

I've checked out Standers pics which despite being very good and summing up the day quite nicely, appear to be missing the one pic I really want to see - the one with Spawn of Legless' head apparently disappearing up his dad's posteria!! whoever took that - get it uploaded asap!!

I'm glad she (and your parents) had a good time HB, I can imagine how daunting it must seem turning up on your own to somewhere full of overexcited Fetchies!!!
