Getting closer to a sub17 By smashing my 5k PB at parkrun this morning (14 seconds off it) to finish in 17:06, very happy but also hit the deck momentarily (down on one knee and straight back up) slipping at the first of 2 hairpin turns. Didn't cost me 6 seconds but probably 3-4 solely on the slip and I was more cautious with the turn the 2nd lap so hoping I have a sub-17 in me.
