I have only just seen that this thread has been started, I had posted on the ballot one DOH!

I got in through the ballot after 7 years of trying, Its my fist marathon. I am going to put my entry to use and try and raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society, I have raised money for them many times because the illness means a lot to me. My Gran was in a dementia unit for the last few years of her life and eventually she didn't recognise any of her family, couldn't talk or care for herself. It really is one of the most cruelest illnesses ever! Heres my fundraising page. Thanks for looking.

I was 207 last year... I think its because I am super keen to enter (women's champs numbers start at 150 I think)

I applied yesterday too but haven't heard back :-( I wonder if they will reject it because I really had no idea what to put in the bit where you had to prove you were a member of your club, all I have is an email confirming I paid my fees, so I sent them a screen shot of it...

This year I was number 215 for 2015, last year I was 200 :-) I've always been superkeen to enter too because I worry I'll forget to get around to it otherwise!

I sent a photo of my EA card thing Kinky. I cant imagine they will reject, might just put on a "need to look at pile" rather than automatic acceptance pile. That might have happened if you had changed clubs fir example too.

So jealous of you girls in the championship pen, must be fab. I've got to get sub 2:45 or sub 1:15 half to get in there, seems a bit unlikely! Mind you, its nice to at least be in the FGFA pen, that feels special to me :-)
