I'm sorry, and I know someone lovely is organising it, but it's going to be my first and I'm VERY EXCITED :-)

When do we find out about teams, etc? How can I best prepare to support? What do I need apart from loo roll?

Ear plugs !!!! ;-) The noise is deafening but fantastic atmosphere. Cayke, cayke, cayke and and oh hangon maybe a little bit more cayke ;-)

Make sure your lungs are up to blowing up lots of balloons and vocal chords are up to screaming abuse for several hours as well. If your taking the little ones there's a grass area behind so you can escape and have a little picnic if you need to as well. Be prepared for lots of sweaty hugs (wet wipes are good ;-) )

LOL it's lots of fun honestly. I still have my whistle from the first time I done fetchpoint and a photo of CB and I together at fetchpoint is up in the livingroom and I 'don't do photos' Be prepared to meet loads of lovely people and have an absolute wail of a time.

From my experience at various different marathons (not just VLM). Be prepared to grin like a loonatic all day (my cheeks currently ache from the Enigmas this weekend)! Endless amounts of "well done" "keep going" "looking great" etc. Be prepared to clap LOTS! My last experience of VLM was amazing (sadly I wasn't a fetchie then), lots of laughter, high fives, hugs, tears (from the runners & the supporters). Tis great fun !

I'm going back to my 'roots' and organising RW for Mudchute again this year, but as always am looking forwards to our Chandos date after :-D

I shall be fetchpointing again this year, supporting WW and several clubmates, I am also bringing at least one clubmate's partner with me to Fetchpoint as I told them it's the best place to be to watch the fun :-)
