Argie
I think you can see a faint but palpable blip upwards from Fetchpoint.

Hard luck Argie, I have to say I was totally blind and didn't see you at all yesterday.

East Essex vests are hard to spot. You'll be pleased to know that me & Nellers shouted 'Let's 'ave it' at any that we saw.

Definitely enough of a challenge DeaJay I would much rather run a marathon than try and get a 5.xx mile. :-o

I Have to say that although I did fetchpoint in 2010 I had left for the finish before most runners even got to 22 so yesterday was the 1st time I properly spectator at a marathon and I am still shocked at how the last pretty much hour or so were just walkers
Or people barely jogging. It really wasnt nice to see. I'm wondering how much of that is down to lack of training and how much is injury?

They don't show you that on the tele do they !?

She may have been looking at an arse. It's not the same thing, sadly.

That man from March
RMo3Bs - It was the unexpected heat for some. It affected all my club mates running and for me the onset of cramp in my left calf. However I expect for many it was lack of training. I was also looking at Stander's arse at one time but that was because I could not lift my head due to exhaustion ;) I moved to the other side of the road to avoid looking at it and HoDs :)
