I'll be getting some supplies too John. IF anyone see any jelly baby/jaffa cake special offers in the supermarkets, let me know as I'll be stocking up soon. lol at nandos/chandos, smout. btw, my sixth sense is picking up that you might be just a teensy bit excited about this whole VLM malarkey, I can't wait to see you bounce through Fetchpoint BOING BOING!!! So how did your weekend runs go, are we all tapering now, or do you still have another long run to fit in. Don't be shy, come on in and let us know how you're getting on. and most importantly are you coming to the Chandos for a beer after!!! |

Don't get any supplies yet Kwala - unless they're generic jelly babies etc. Jelly Babies are ALWAYS 2 for 1 in tesco around now.

My weekend run was the Oalkey 20. It was a bit too hilly for my liking and ended up with 2:35:44 which was ok, but not what i had hoped for (2:30) taper starts today

Me.... excited.... mibbe you're right... a teensy weeensy bit BOING! Chandos I really hope so. May need guided there! OH has been given instructions that I've to be there at some point after. Nae weekend long one for me - 20 was done Wednesday. Mibbe 17 this wenesday or the weekend. Did about 10 with the buggy on Saturday tho BOING! Oooo - my mum an the Wee Man will be sent to Fetchpoint on the day. OH may be there for a while - now sure what he plans. the flat we're in is very nearby on the same side of the road but my mum doesn't do sense of direction well so thought you lot could point here in the direction she came from when she needs to head back
