Sorry for that moment of sensibleness.

I'll go back to being a twat. It's what everyone expects.

Morning everyone. Wish my training had been going as well as Jovi Runner's. Picked up a knee injury at the end of feb which seems to have eased thankfully but also on my last 3 long runs my legs have been seizing up so need to stop and stretch every mile or 2 once I hit about 12 miles. On top of that I also have the remains of a cold that has sat on my chest for the last 2 weeks. Got a stretching and massage session booked for Monday so hopefully all problems will be gone by the day. Will be a case of just getting round though I think.

20m race this weekend - will then be able to judge what my race pace will be a bit more accurately.

HE - sorry to hear of your troubles, hope the stretching and massage work their magic, do take care.
Good luck for the race CtP, is that the last long run before taper (excuse numptiness, I have no idea how this mara training malarkey works!!)

Hello smout - seems we x-posted yesterday. Well done on the 20 miler and youch for the massage, it hurts like hell at the time, but at least you know it's doing you good in the long run.

What's everyone got planned for the weekend then?
