Bad news Lully.

Final session bagged yesterday - 3x1 mile intervals @ 5K pace - P&D are sadists!
Rest day today and then just some gentle running with some strides before the big day.
Starting to get excited :-)

Got a few late entries for teams over the last few days so this is the plan:
Sun night (if I survive Sunday morning), I’ll update AND FINALISE all the teams
Mon morning, I’ll do all the shopping
Mon night, I’ll tell people that team details are fixed and ready to be printed off and quite possibly ask for help with obtaining some of the more obscure gels etc.

Nice gentle jog this morning 4 miles all under pmp, feeling happy but a little bloated the taper is bad for my waistline :)

Watch out for Kwala at fetchpoint next week. Yesterday at Brighton fetchpoint she was throwing jelly babies all over the place and couldn't control here Jaffa cakes.
