Somebody help me!!
I feel dreadful this last week. I have lost all motivation to run. I feel tired, bloated, heavy and grumpy! Is this taper madness or am I just anxious about VLM. I don't think I am ill as I feel fine....just bleugh....if you know what I mean!
Off for a run in a bit....hoping that will make me feel a bit better?

Yep, me too. Low mojo, heavy legs, can't remember what it's like to run more than 10 miles. A run this morning helped though.

Phew....Thank goodness!! My training has gone really well on the whole, I feel that I am as ready as I will ever be, so I think I need to try and chill out a bit now!

It just always seems coincidential that on the busiest weekends in london they do major works. I know they have to be done but whats on in London tomorrow for example that will attract so many thousands of people . And they try to encourage people to use public transport!!!

Going down with a coachload from N Wales - staying with a family near Blackheath (fundraising for their school) - no worries re transport (I hope) - not likely to get back home until early Monday morning and not likely to be very sober!!
