Our Christmas Day menu is Starter Brussels sprouts, apple & cheddar salad Main Christmas vegducken Roasted cauliflower Caramelised parsnips Coriander carrots & potatoes Pudding Christmas pudding and brandy sauce or Stollen or mince pie and custard ππ |

Not sure yet... possibly beetroot and lentil burgers (thanks to M&S). It's only the two of us... Dessert will be Hotel Chocolat chocolates...same with snacks during the day. Hubby does like Christmas pudding...I may pop back to Waitrose to pick one up later on...

Main: Butternut squash and chickpea wellington Shredded sprouts stir fried in garlic Roast potatoes and parsnips Green beans Pudding: Vegan Xmas pud Choice of vegan Versions of custard, Oatly Crème Fraiche, Oatly single cream The Pud and wellington I've made myself I'm intending to make a nut roast for Boxing day and also a vegan Stollen. |

But roasts can be quite tasty, depending on the recipe. Have you got a sauce or gravy to go with it peachy, they tend to need it π
