1 cup raw walnuts (220 ml), 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 tsp salt. Dump them all in food processor and process until it resembles bread crumbs.

I made cauliflower cheese for my milk-intolerant friend using N yeast in place of cheese in the sauce and one of the milks. Prob Rude Health almond or Bonsoy soya milk, which is the only soya milk I'd ever use. + wholegrain mustard. Works really well.

Seeking some super easy and quick vegan (or veggie and dairy free) dinner ideas. Thanks in advance!

I am the cook at home, but currently have covid. So OH has quarantined me to the living room and downstairs bathroom. This means he is heroically doing all the cooking. I'm feeling a bit rubbish, so struggling to give him concise but detailed instructions. I have a sore throat, but still have normal sense of taste and smell.

We have loads of pantry staples, plus onions, leek, carrots, potatoes, broccoli, orange capsicum, eggs, kale and probably other things I have forgotten.
