Uploading from Garmin 610

Ciarán Feb 2014 11:13pm, 16 Feb 2014 6 posts	0 Ciarán Sometimes when I upload from my garmin 610, 'no specific route' is displayed Other times it says 'Imported from file.' How can i ensure that the route is always uploaded?
