I got a second hand Garmin, just did my first run in it and am trying to upload.

I've plugged it into the laptop and it says no garmin found.

Any ideas?

Is the file icon flashing at the bottom of your screen? I sometimes have to jiggle the ISB connector a few times before the Garmin appears in My Computer
