That is early for a Sunday. I don't do early on Sundays. Weekdays have to be very early to fit in a run before work. Usually before 5am! :-o

Today (Sunday) I was up at 6.00 am and out at 6.30 am. Just so I can get back before the rest of the family are up.

Rarely up early and out for a run, but was out just after 8 this morning after taxiing my boys to their rugby.
