Binks Jan 2011 9:50am, 7 Jan 2011 3,877 posts	0 Binks There is a scetion where you come off the canal as it goes underground. It involves around 2 miles of road but is fairly straightforward and there is a checkpoint there anyway so you shouldn't need to worry.

There was then another bit where you leave the canal but not by much, really cant remember much about it other than me and MM were jogging along and a group of runners came back towards us having gone wrong. It must have been before 20 miles as we parted company at about 20 miles. Who is doing both days? I am worried that I havnt done enough training for both days. Did 20/20 this weekend and that felt hard work, how am I going to do another 25 each day?!
