I was told to take no exercise for 8 weeks, to allow internal healing to take place. I waited 10 weeks and then resumed gradually. All went fine. Disclaimer: I'm just a random bloke on t'Internet and have no medical qualifications. You really need to discuss this with the surgeon. Good luck with the recovery. Prostate/urinary issues are not fun.
